Yogurt Cookie Bark with Dark Chocolate, Sprouted Almonds and Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz container of coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate chopped
  • 1/2 cup sprouted almonds chopped
  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries

Instructions

  • Mix coconut yogurt with maple syrup
  • Chop dark chocolate and almonds
  • Spread coconut yogurt along a parchment lined baking sheet
  • Sprinkle all toppings evenly
  • Freeze for 30 minutes until solidified and break into pieces
