Cookies & Cream Single Serve Mug Cake

Ingredients

Cake

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1.5 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/3 cup nut milk

Whipped Cream

  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix all cake ingredients in small bowl
  • Pour into a ramekin dish and bake for 12 minutes
  • Mix whipped cream ingredients in a small bowl (add more or less of the powdered sugar or coconut cream to reach desired consistency)
  • Add whipped cream to the mug cake and serve!
  • Option to add a chopped up chocolate bar or chocolate chips
