Japanese Sweet Potato Fries with Spicy Aioli

Ingredients

Fries

  • 2 Japanese sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Aioli

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees for 3 minutes
  • Wash peel and chop sweet potatoes into strips
  • Season with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper
  • Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping half way
  • Add aioli ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combine
