Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix all spices
  • Coat the chicken breasts in avocado oil and sprinkle the spice mixture on top
  • Preheat the air fryer at 375 for 3 minutes
  • Cook chicken for 16 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway (cook time depends on the size of the chicken breasts)
