Cook pasta according to instructions
Add butter to a pan on medium heat
Cook onion in the butter for about 7 minutes
Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes
Add the tomato paste, salt and vodka and cook for another 5 minutes
Slowly stir in the coconut cream and pasta water until fully combined
Mix in nutritional yeast and red pepper flakes and let simmer on low for about 10 minutes
Mix pasta into sauce and top with basil and red pepper flakes
