Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup gluten free sprouted rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 banana
  • 3/4 cup nut milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
