Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cucumber chopped
  • 1 radish sliced
  • 1 carrot peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 3 slices organic deli turkey
  • 1 tbsp cashew cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Wash and prep all veggies
  • Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and toss to combine
  • Enjoy!
