Grain Free Pumpkin Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup shaved almonds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut shavings
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and loosely chop
  • Bake on a foil lined cookie sheet in oven at 325 for 20-25 minutes
  • Let cool for 20 minutes before serving
  • Store in a sealed glass container
