Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger peeled
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen optional
  • 1 tbsp spirulina
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut or nut milk

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth
