Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup tahini or nut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mix all ingredients (minus chocolate chips) in a food processor or blender
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Spray an 9×9 baking dish with coconut oil and add batter evenly
  • Bake for ~30 minutes
  • Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving
