Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut shavings
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix
  • Lay flat onto parchment lined cookie sheet
  • Bake at 300 for 25 minutes (until lightly golden and crispy)
  • Let cool before serving
