DIY Seed Porridge

Materials

  • 1 scoop 1 scoop vanilla collagen protein
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 5 drops stevia
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix
  • Slowly add 1 cup of hot water and mix until thickened
  • Optional: top with cinnamon, fruit or nut butter!
